Factory Center LITHIUM BATTERY WARRANTY CARD

Warranty period: This warranty card is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase D.GRID's battery P Lite series batteries. For P series, F series, and R series batteries, it is valid for 7 years from the date of purchase D.GRID's battery.

Warranty Period: 5-year warranty for battery,repaired for free with in 2 years after the warranty period,and only material eostswill be charged, with lifelong maintenance for free3-year warranty for BMS, only material eosts will be charged for repairs after the warranty period,with fifelong maintenance for free.The battery eapacity is not within the warranty range.

Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects and any failures arising fromnormaluse during the specifed warranty period, lt does not cover damages resultingfrom misuse,accidents, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.

Claim Process: In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the D,GRID factory service centerfor assistance, When making a warranty claim, you may need to provide proof ofpurchase,such as a valid sales receipt.

Repair or Replacement: D.GRlD, at its discretion, will repair or replace any defectiveparts or the entireunit as necessary. The repaired or replaced product will be coveredfor theremainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover routine maintenance, such as battery capacitydegradation over time,which is considerednormal wear and tear.Any unauthorizedrepairs or modifications to the produet will void this warrantyLimitation of Liability: D,GRlD's liability is limited to the repair or replacementbf'theproduct as stated in this warranty, D.GRlD is not responsible for anyindireet or consequentialdamages resulting from the use of this produet.Transferability: This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is nottransferable to subsequent owners.
